Ten minutes. One thing you didn't know you were doing.
Keel shows you the pattern that keeps costing you the same week. No account, no card. Start now and you'll have it named before you finish your coffee.

What one week leaves you: a log, in your words.
Why it is called Keel
The part of the boat you never see.
A keel sits under the waterline. Nobody admires it from the dock. But when the wind hits, it is the reason a boat stays upright and holds its course instead of going wherever it is pushed.
The patterns Keel works on are the wind: they push you off course before you notice. Ten minutes a day builds the part underneath, so the heading is yours.
What you keep
Every week ends with one log.
Three lines, in your own words. Like a ship's log: a plain record of what happened, so you can see the course you are actually on.
- One log a week. Eleven weeks make your Pattern Map.
- Yours alone. Nobody else reads it. Not a partner, not an employer.
A sample log, shown with consent. Yours is yours alone.
How it works
Ten minutes a day. Nothing to track.
- 1
Day 1 · In your browser
One short story, three questions. Ten minutes, no account.
- 2
Days 2 to 6 · On WhatsApp
One message a day. Reply in a word, or "not today".
- 3
Day 7 · Your log seals
What you saw, what it cost, what you chose.
Sound familiar?
The same week keeps happening. You would know it by these.
Two or more and the week is worth ten minutes. Nothing you tick is stored.
You might recognise this
Maya texts her sister Prisha on Thursday: "Can you call me when you get a chance?" Friday night, nothing.Read the story
Maya texts her sister Prisha on Thursday: "Can you call me when you get a chance?" Friday night, nothing. Saturday morning, still nothing, and something in Maya quietly changes gears. She rereads her own text and it starts to look different: too needy, or maybe too cold. By Saturday afternoon she has the whole case. Prisha is still angry about the holidays. Prisha has decided Maya is the difficult one. She goes to bed furious at a specific, vivid Prisha who has been judging her all weekend. Sunday, Prisha calls, breathless. Her phone died at a work retreat. Is everything okay?
One unanswered text, forty-eight hours. That is the whole list. The angry sister, the verdict: none of it came from Prisha's silence. It came out of Maya, wearing the costume of a fact.
From The Facts and the Story.
The turn
The meaning arrives faster than thought, so it does not feel authored; it feels observed, like noticing a room is cold. Once you can see which half of your certainty is footage and which half you supplied, you get a choice you did not have while they were fused.

That is week one. There are forty-three more, each one a move you make without seeing it.
What it costs
A week free. Then one payment.
- Ten minutes in your browser
- Six days on WhatsApp
- Your first log, sealed
- Ten more patterns, one a week
- The coach on WhatsApp, every day
- Nothing renews
Parts Two to Four are $199 each, and each one opens when you finish the part before. Finish any part and Practice is $20 a month: the coach and spaced repetition over what you have already done. It does not unlock a new part.
What you can count on
Four promises, kept by how it is built.
Private by design
Nobody reads your logs. A partner you invite sees only which week you are on.
Nothing renews
Part One is one payment. No subscription, no auto-renew, no countdown.
Honest about what it is not
Not therapy. If what comes up is more than a pattern, Keel points you to real help.
Built on published work

One question a day, and your own words back. No feed, no streak, no leaderboard. I answer every message and take the first ten team calls myself. If session one shows you nothing true in ten minutes, close the tab; it kept nothing.
Krish, founder
What happens in session one?
You read one short story, answer three questions about a moment from your own week, and watch your first log open: what happened, what you made it mean. It runs in this tab, needs no account, and takes about ten minutes. Nothing is stored unless you choose to keep it at the end.
What happens after that?
If you keep the log, one message a day arrives on WhatsApp for six days, at the time you pick. Each one is a ten-minute session with a ninety-second version and a "not today" that still counts. On Day 7 the log seals in your words. On Day 8 you see what you found and decide whether to keep going.
Is this therapy?
No. Keel is a curriculum of distinctions with a public academic lineage, applied to your own week. It is not treatment for any condition, and it says so plainly. If what comes up is more than a pattern, the page and the coach both point you to a therapist or a crisis line rather than the next session.
Who sees what I write?
You. Your logs and answers are private by construction. A partner you invite sees only which week you are on. If a company buys seats for a team, it sees which week each seat is on and nothing else: no log, no answer, and not who said "not today".
What does it cost?
Session one and the first week are free, with no card. On Day 8 you see the price beside the log you wrote, with the weekly equivalent under it, and you decide then. There is no countdown, no discount for waiting, and nothing that runs out.
